George's Antique Clocks

This is a beautiful Lenzkirch table or mantel clock. It has a 1/4 hour striking movement that strikes petite sonnerie. On the 1/4 hour it strikes bim-bam once. On the half hour it strike bim-bam. On the 3/4 it strikes bim-bam 3 times. On the hour it strike the hour count with a single tone. The carving on this clock is truly a masterpiece. The detail just cannot be described. It must be seen to be believed. The movement was cleaned and oiled on March 2025. It runs and strikes perfectly as it did when new. The serial number is 1,077,294 which dates this clock to 1986. That makes it 129 years old. Its not perfect but it is a very beautiful and desirable clock at an affordable price.
