This is a very early unsigned Lenzkirch with a rare open escapement movement. The serial number is 81174 Circa 1863. That makes it 162 years old. It is in remarkable original condition for its age and runs perfectly. The rosewood case is in excellent condition and retains the original finish. There is not evidence the case ever had a top.
