This is a fantastic piece. It depicts Cupid kissing a woman and is titled Amour et Psyche’ (Love and Psych). The bronze plate is also engraved museum Louve. The dial is also signed. Leiri, Perigueux who was most likely the retailer and not the maker. It also comes with a pair of matching urns. The clock also comes with the hardback book which tells the fable story. It has lots of great pictures. The clock is missing the original minute hand. A replacement hand will be included that can be fitted to the clock by a clockmaker. It measures 22.5 inches tall. This clock ships from Michigan. It is very heavy so pickup is highly recommended.
