Description
Extremely nice Biedermeier period Vienna Regulator with one-piece porcelain dial circa 1845-1850. This clock is a little smaller than most could be considered a dwarf size. The movement runs 8-day on a winding. The case has rosewood veneer and all the original wavy glass. Notice the original glazing holding in all 3 pieces of glass. It has satin banding and a scalloped edge around the dial. It has the original double-sided brass pendulum. It measures 41 inches high, 12.5 wide and has a 6-inch time ring on the dial. This clock ships from Tennessee.
