This is a large French table clock by Japy Brothers. Japy industrialized clock making in France in the early 1800s. It runs 8 days on a winding and strikes the hour and half hour on a bronze bell. It is 18.5 inches. The case is very ornate. It is really beyond description. Look closely at all the pictures.
